At Abbott Atelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
